Job duties:

·         Assess cuisine characteristics and determine effective marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and loyalty.

·         Develop and implement creative digital campaigns showcasing our fresh, authentic dishes.

·         Manage social media platforms, engaging with the community, handling reviews, and sharing captivating content to elevate our brand.

·         Design public relations tactics to communicate our dedication to quality and innovation.

·         Conduct customer surveys to grasp the preferences and interests of customers.

·         Create enticing menus, posters, and special offers to attract and retain customers.

·         Organize events and promotions that celebrate our culinary heritage, attracting new customers.

·         Coordinate media opportunities to showcase our culinary expertise and achievements.

·         Assist in creating promotional materials that reflect our restaurant brand identity and values.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

·         At least one year of experience in marketing or advertising roles, with experience in the hospitality industry being an asset.

·         Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

·         Passion for food and a keen interest in culinary trends and customer preferences.
