We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team and lead our operations to success.
Position: Store Manager
Wage: C$ 35.50-40.50 hourly (to be negotiated)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours working / week (to be negotiated)
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Job duties:
· Plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of our store.
· Manage and supervise staff, assigning duties to ensure smooth operations.
· Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments to improve efficiency and service.
· Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors.
· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
· Plan and monitor budgets, authorizing expenditures, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
· Evaluate and enhance customer service, addressing customer requests, complaints, and issues promptly.
· Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of staff.
· Supervise payroll administration and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
· Manage inventory, address supply shortages, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
Requirements:
· Completion of secondary school.
· 1-2 years of experience in a related working experience.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
