Marketing Manager (NOC 10022)

Work Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week

Salary: $50/hour

What You Do:

·         Establish marketing strategies to promote the recreational vacation experiences and amenities offered by the company.

·         Conduct market research studies to gain insights into the preferences, behaviours, and demographics of our target audience.

·         Analyze research data to identify emerging market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and inform strategic marketing initiatives.

·         Provide marketing insights for improvements to our existing offerings and services, and develop new promotional strategies accordingly.

·         Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies to drive guest engagement and optimize business performance.

What You Need:

·         A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field

·         3 years of professional experience in a related position

·         Effective leadership skills

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Strong analytical skills
