Position: Administrative Officer
Wage: C$35 Per hour
Working Hours: 30 hours / week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Richmond, BC
Job Duties:
· Manage and refine office procedures to ensure client files, financial records, and daily tasks are managed smoothly.
· Coordinate daily tasks for team members, ensuring timelines are met and priorities are clearly communicated.
· Oversee general office upkeep, managing supplies, tracking inventory, and ensuring availability for client work and meetings.
· Track expenses, assist with budgeting, and maintain cost records for client service and office operations.
· Prepare reports, summaries, and documents to support accurate record-keeping and client updates.
· Support compliance and confidentiality procedures for secure document handling.
· Perform other administrative tasks to support office operations and maintain efficient workflow.
Requirements:
· Completion of secondary education is required.
· A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field is preferred.
· 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a bookkeeping or financial services environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
