Job Title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC – 62020)

Salary: CA$17/hour

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food Services Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing memorable experiences through delicious drinks and excellent customer service.

What you need to have:

· Completion of high school is required.

· A college diploma in food service administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred; alternatively, one year of relevant experience will be considered.

· Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovate in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and prior experience in providing exceptional customer service.

· Genuine passion for the beverage industry and a desire to create memorable experiences for customers through quality products and service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive training for new employees to ensure they are well-equipped to deliver outstanding service.

· Prepare and coordinate daily staff schedules and ensure adherence to procedures.

· Manage inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as necessary to maintain stock.

· Assist in preparing ingredients to uphold quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Record daily sales, wastage, and other financial transactions accurately.

· Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings and service.

· Proactively resolve customer disputes or complaints to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer loyalty.
