The Job Info: Fantuan Delivery is seeking an experienced Operation Specialist to join our team at a fast-growing food delivery company.

 

Job duties:

·         Examine the content for promotion, creating customized marketing and advertising strategies that match the platform’s offerings.

·         Provide informed guidance on marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

·         Create plans and corresponding content for marketing campaigns and oversee the execution.

·         Evaluate the outcomes of promotional efforts and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.

·         Monitor social media accounts, summarize market trends, and attend to customer feedback.

·         Convey policies and updates to restaurants, customers, and employees.

·         Communicate company initiatives, policies, and news internally to foster a cohesive and informed team.

·         Analyze statistical data to improve the efficiency of the delivery team and user experience.

·         Assess shifts in the food delivery industry, including changes in customer preferences and emerging technologies or competitors.

·         Adopt approaches to engage with local communities, including participating in local events, supporting local causes, and communicating these activities to enhance the platform’s connection with its user base.

·         Facilitate the preparation of promotional content such as brochures, newsletters, and social-media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand’s messaging and visual identity.

·         Oversee the recruitment, management, training, and performance appraisal of the delivery team.

·         Deal with unexpected situations during daily operations.

 

Qualifications:

·         A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, business administration, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred.

·         2+ years of prior experience in marketing, operations, or a related field are required.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills

·         Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, social media platforms, and online advertising channels

·         Solid understanding of the food delivery industry and knowledge of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive strategies

·         Ability to adapt to changes in customer demand, operational challenges, and market conditions

 

Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Salary: $32 CAD per hour
