Title: Marketing Specialist
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Location: Toronto, ON
· Shape and maintain a positive brand image for the platform, emphasizing reliability and customer satisfaction.
· Adopt approaches to engage with local communities, including participating in local events, supporting local causes, and communicating these activities to enhance the platform’s connection with its user base.
· Convey policies and updates to restaurants, customers, and employees.
· Communicate company initiatives, policies, and news internally to foster a cohesive and informed team.
· Ensure the website content aligns with the brand image and provides relevant information.
· Examine the content for promotion, creating customized marketing and advertising strategies that match the platform’s offerings.
· Provide informed guidance on marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
· Create plans and corresponding content for marketing campaigns and oversee the execution.
· Facilitate the preparation of promotional content such as brochures, newsletters, and social-media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand’s messaging and visual identity.
· Analyze the results of promotional efforts and prepare reports contributing to data-driven decision-making.
· Monitor social media accounts, summarize market trends, and attend to customer feedback.
· Summarize key performance indicators and metrics such as delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores to gauge the platform’s efficiency.
· Analyze and present shifts in the food delivery industry, including changes in customer preferences and emerging technologies or competitors.
· Compile and evaluate user reviews and comments to understand customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the user experience.
What we’re looking for:
· A university degree or college diploma in a related field is preferred.

· 1 year of prior experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field
