Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Wage:                        C$ 27.00 Per Hour

Working hours:                35 Hours working / Week

Term of Employment:           Permanent, Full–Time

Vocation:                     15 Days of paid vacation

Working Location:              400-111 2nd Ave, Saskatoon, SK, Canada S7K 1K6

Language:                    English

Job Requirements:            

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Relevant clerical experience or administrative experience is required.

Job duties:

·         Answer telephone and electronic inquiries, and response emails.

·         Keep the company’s database and file system up to date.

·         Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.

·         Attend team meetings and write reports, presentations, and communications.

·         Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, invites, and logistics.

·         Plan and make travel arrangements for corporate executives.

·         Oversee the ordering and organization of office supplies and equipment.
