HelloChat is an independent retail electronic payments network through the transfer of money and information to financial institutions, merchants, consumers, and businesses. Now we’re looking for an Information Systems Analyst to support our teams!

 

Position: Information Systems Analyst

Wage: C$50.00/Hour

Working hours: 40 / hours per week

Benefit: 4% of gross pay as vacation pay

Term of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: 11300 No.5 Rd Unit 135, Richmond, BC V7A 5J7 Canada

Job Requirements

–          Completion of a college diploma in computer science.

–          Minimum 2 years of working experience in systems analysis, software development, cloud network development/analysis, or other related fields.

–          Knowledge of project management process and system/software development life cycle.

–          Proficient technical skills.

–          Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and time management.

–          Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Participate in new projects, develop project requirements, conduct technical and business studies, as well as develop specifications for software development and testing work.

·         Analyze and examine existing information systems, business solutions, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.

·         Evaluate and provide expert advice on potential cloud solutions, to better their suitability with business requirements.

·         Develop cloud transformation solutions and create product development plans that align with the company’s business and technological goals.

·         Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, to ensure the best of quality.

·         Develop test protocols, and conduct tests for new systems and possible improvements.

·         Perform assessments to ensure quality and identify opportunities for improvement.

·         Manage, and establish estimated costs for upgrades and improvements to optimize resources.

·         Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

·         Confer with clients to understand their needs and requirements, to ensure the best result.

·         Stay current with technical and industry advancements to remain up to date with the latest emerging technologies and best practices.
