Skye Lodge in Port Hastings, Nova Scotia is looking for a competent Administrative Assistant.
Previous clerical experience or related college level of education is required
Wage: C$16.00 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours / week (Full-Time and Permanent)
Benefit: 10 Days of Paid Vacation per year or 4% gross salary
Work Location: 160 Hwy 4, Port Hastings, NS B9A 1M5
Job Duties:
– Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports, brochures, publications, and other related
material for the hotel
– Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for clients, customers and employer
– Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filling systems
– Answer telephone and email inquiries and relay calls and messages
– Greet visiting customers and direct customers to the employer and managing staff
– Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Record and prepare minutes of meetings
– Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for the employer and managing staff
