Administrative Manager (NOC 10019)

Work Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week

Salary: $35/hour

 

What You Do:

·         Oversee and manage administrative operations of the company.

·         Develop plans for efficient execution of administrative tasks and support services.

·         Organize administrative workflows and coordinate operations among team members.

·         Direct all administrative functions and provide administrative support to facilitate efficient completion of tasks.

·         Establish effective controls and procedures to monitor quality and timeliness.

·         Evaluate current administrative management practices and adjust strategies as needed.

·         Administer document management, financial affairs, budgetary allocation, procurement, and other services.

·         Observe compliance with relevant local regulations, including property development, hospitality, and environmental standards.

·         Compile reports and briefs to support internal evaluation and decision-making.

·         Assist in personnel management, including recruitment and training processes.

 

What You Need:

·         A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, management, or a related administrative services field is preferred.

·         2+ years of professional experience in an administrative or managerial position

·         Strong leadership skills

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Effective communication skills
