Working hours: 30 hrs/week
Salary: $40.87 / hour and 10 days paid vacation will be provide after a year
Language of Work: English
• Provide multiple administrative services for both clients and internal operations with planning, advising, managing and evaluating
• Train and manage staffs of finance department, Human Resources department and administrative department
• Review and support governance and regulatory compliance procedures for both internal and clients’ use when needed
• Prepare reports and details for both internal and client’s management evaluating administrative services
• Plan and make estimates of equipment primarily used for Corporate video production , Aerial drone, Commercial photography, etc.
• Compare and plan rough calculation when dealing with business partners for supplies such as listing brochure, flyers, postcards, etc .
• Administer and control budgets for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) contracts , Web creation & Renewal and other services
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services
• A Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma in business administration or a related administrative services field or equivalent experience is requred.
