Nusun River Consulting Ltd. in Richmond, BC is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

 

Position: Administrative Assistant

Wage: C$35 Per hour

Working Hours: 30 hours / week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

 

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and format various documents to maintain accuracy and professionalism.

·         Manage an effective filing system for client records and financial documents.

·         Develop and implement office procedures to improve workflow efficiency.

·         Assist in managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and mail distribution.

·         Respond to phone calls and other inquiries, providing clients with information or directing their questions to the appropriate team member.

·         Welcome clients and visitors, offering assistance and directing them to the right personnel within the firm.

·         Organize the scheduling of client meetings, appointments, and internal team discussions.

·         Assist in preparing meeting minutes and follow-ups on action items.

·         Maintain office supplies and track inventory, ensuring the office is well-equipped.

 

Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary education is preferred.

·         1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a bookkeeping or financial services environment

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Strong communication and customer service skills
