Job Detail:

Compensation: $24/h

Hours of work: 30 to 40 hours per week

 

Job duties:

·         Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems and battery energy storage units to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

·         Support the deployment and maintenance of geothermal heating and cooling systems, including site preparation and equipment setup.

·         Help in the setup and maintenance of electric water heaters, heat pumps, and other renewable energy appliances to enhance energy conservation and reduce carbon footprint.

·         Participate in green building projects, assisting in the integration of renewable energy technologies and energy-efficient designs.

·         Aid in conducting energy audits and assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings and sustainability improvements in residential and commercial buildings.

·         Perform tasks related to the installation and maintenance of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies, following safety and quality standards.

·         Assist in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness and adoption of renewable energy solutions.

Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent is an asset, mechanical aptitude, ability to perform physical tasks, willingness to learn, and a strong interest in renewable energy technologies. Experience in mechanical, electrical, or construction fields is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates should be passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a team focused on green energy solutions.
