Luxurious Affairs Event Design and Decor Ltd. is looking to hire full-time Administrative Assistant to join them at the earliest.

Permanent Position: Administrative Assistant

No. of vacancies: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: Unit 108, 19329 Enterprise Way, Surrey, BC, V3S 6J8

Wage rate: $28.85-$29.50 per hour (35-40 hours per week)

Term of Employment:  Full time, Permanent

Education: Completion of High School is required

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Language: English

Job Duties:

·         Manage phone-lines and voicemail system, including answering and directing calls, taking messages, and responding to general inquiries.

·         Prepare mail and documentation for clients and management.

·         Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the management.

·         Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

·         Data entry of client information in company database.

·         Filing, organisation, and other general administrative tasks.

·         Assist in preparing proposal presentations and budget related reports.

·         Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.

·         Other activities as requested by management.
