Bookkeeper (NOC 12200)

Li’s Restaurant Limited, a family-owned restaurant that specializes in Chinese and Canadian Cuisine, is looking for a qualified Bookkeeper (NOC 12200).

Title: Bookkeeper (NOC 12200)

Wage: C$20/hour

Working Hours: 30 hours/week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Job Duties:

·         Record daily financial transactions and invoices accurately.

·         Balance various accounts to maintain financial stability.

·         Collaborate with management to prepare detailed financial statements.

·         Process payroll and manage bill payments efficiently.

·         Complete tax forms, employees’ compensation documents, and other necessary paperwork.

·         Generate insightful reports to guide decision-making processes and improve financial performance.

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary education is required.

·         A college program in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field or at least two years of financial or accounting experience

·         Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage

·         Familiarity with Canadian tax regulations and reporting requirements

·         Attention to detail and a keen eye for precision

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team
