The Job Info: Fantuan Delivery is seeking an experienced Information systems manager to join our team at a fast-growing food delivery company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our technology and information systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of new technology solutions to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, software development, and project management.

Job duties:

·        Managing and overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

·        Led the development and implementation of new software and systems that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations, such as delivery tracking systems, inventory management systems, and customer order processing systems.

·        Developing and maintaining the company’s website and mobile app to ensure they are user-friendly and up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

·        Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business needs and goals.

·        Managing the company’s data security and privacy practices, including ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

·        Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues that arise, working with the IT team to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions.

·        Developing and managing budgets for IT projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

·        Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in information systems management, and recommending new technologies and approaches that can benefit the company.

·        Recruiting, training, and managing the IT team, ensuring that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to support the company’s technology infrastructure.

·        Creating and enforcing IT policies and procedures, such as user access policies, data backup and recovery procedures, and security protocols, to ensure that the company’s technology systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

·        5+ years of experience in IT management, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

·        Technical Skills: strong technical skills in areas such as programming, database management, and network security, and the ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines.

·        Problem-solving Skills: quickly identify and resolve complex technical problems to keep the systems running smoothly.

·        Business Skills: experience with B2B distribution platform, B2C Store POS, and Payment System.

·        Also, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
