Job Information:

Position: Finance Manager

Salary: $52 CAD per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Duties:

As a Finance Manager at Enoch Wealth Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization. Your expertise and strategic thinking will contribute to the growth and success of our firm. Key responsibilities include:

·            Financial Analysis and Planning: Conducting comprehensive financial analysis to assess the current and future financial performance of the company.

·            Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with the executive team. Monitoring budget performance and conducting regular variance analysis.

·            Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

·            Investment Management: Assisting clients with investment decisions, including portfolio analysis and asset allocation.

·            Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring a team of finance professionals, ensuring their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

·            Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Management, or a related field is required.

·            Minimum of 2 years of work experience in finance or financial management-related is required.

·            CFA, CFP, CIM, or other related certifications are considered a plus.

·            Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and investment strategies.

·            Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
