Wage: $26.44/hr

Number of Work Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours / per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Benefit: 4% of gross salary requirements or 10 days of paid vacation

Job Descriptions:

 

·          Plan and direct food preparation and oversee cooking activities in kitchen

·          Design menu and estimate food cost and ensure food meets quality standards

·          Recruit and interview new staff and assign duties

·          Supervise activities of sous-chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff

·          Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

·          Prepare and cook complete meals and conduct special meals

 

Requirements:

 

·          Education: Completion of high school is required.

·          Experience: Over three years of experience in commercial food preparation, including two-years in a supervisory capacity and experience as a sous-chef, specialist chef or chef is required.
