Bookkeeper

Seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at A+ Sushi (Sushi Lover’s Market Ltd.)!

Position:                                       Bookkeeper

Terms of employment:                Full-time, Permanent

Wage:                                           C$25.50/hour

Vocation:                                      4% of gross salary

Working Hours:                           40 hours/week

Work Location:                            631 Corydon Avenue Winnipeg, Manitoba R3M 0W3. Canada

Language:                                    English

Job Duties:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions promptly and accurately.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis and perform account analysis and reconciliation.
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and other documents for review.
Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation as required.
Job requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Completion of courses in Accounting or Bookkeeping is required.

·         2 years experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.

·         Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
