1269172 BC Ltd. is looking to hire a Parking Lot Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible. The position is for full-time (35-40 hour/week), permanent basis, with a salary of $22.00- $25.00hr. (depending on exp.).

Requirements

Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience

Skills Requirements:

•        Must have good organizational and public relations skills.

•        Ability to work long hours, weekends and / or early mornings are required.

•        Ability to work under pressure and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

·        Coordinate, assign and review the work of staff.

·        Oversee the efficient operation of the parking facility

·        Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities amongst the staff.

·        Manage safe flow of the traffic throughout the facility

·        Prepare and submit reports

·        Ensure the staff is performing the specified job duties, safety procedures and company policies

·        Order inventory and office supplies

·        Identifying and resolving issues or conflicts related to the facility, such as congestion, accidents, or equipment malfunctions. Developing plans and making adjustments as needed to maintain safety and efficiency.

·        Monitor parking lot activity, keep detailed records of activities, including work schedules, any suspicious activity and incidents.

·        Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
