Marketing Coordinator

About Us

Mongolian Hot Pot brings the best of Mongolian style hot pot from Baotou, Inner Mongolia, to tables around the world. We believe in the natural flavour of food ingredients, enhanced by our rich, flavour-packed broth. We don’t just serve food; we offer a unique, authentic experience that prioritizes the natural flavors of the ingredients.

·       Salary: $35/hour

·       Work Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

·       Formulate and execute marketing and advertising strategies that align with our distinct brand and target audience.

·       Provide guidance on opportunities for marketing, advertising, and sales promotions to enhance our brand’s visibility and customer interaction.

·       Oversee and evaluate marketing campaigns, assessing their success and making necessary modifications for maximum effectiveness.

·       Manage our social media platforms, interact with our customers, and handle online feedback and testimonials.

·       Work in conjunction with our team to plan and execute events and programs for promotional, fundraising, and informational purposes.

·       Serve as a representative for Happy Lamb Hot Pot, responding to inquiries and arranging media events.

·       Aid in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, reports, newsletters, and more.

Qualifications:

·       A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.

·       2 years of experience in marketing and advertising, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

·       Strong communication and organizational skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

·       Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
